Rookies™ (4 years old)

Our Rookies program is a 1-hour drop off class for four year olds. These classes continue to teach and re-iterate the principles of each sport in group and individual settings, with increasing emphasis focused on following basic rules and executing fundamental movements with the best proper form possible. Children begin to engage in more games where the focus is primarily on trying one's hardest and being a good sport at all times.
